Welcome to our Castle Creek Outfitters Idaho Elk Hunting Page. Castle Creek Outfitters offers FAIR CHASE guided hunts with NO FENCES. We strive to give you a successful and great idaho elk hunting experience. Every aspect of our hunts are done in a professional manner. We know how to give you the best in guided trophy Idaho elk hunting. Our 37 years years plus in the business backs this up. Most outfitters last only 4 - 6 years in the business and this is something you should ask when booking a hunt. We pride ourselves on our camps, guides, cooks, horses, quality of our Trophy Game, and self management of our outfitting areas.

Castle Creek Outfitters is the only outfitter in over 100 square miles of state licensed outfitting areas to hunt. We manage these areas and limit the number of hunters we take each season. We manage for mature Idaho 6x6 bull elk only. We do not harvest 5x5 bull elk, they are passed on. These 5x5 bull elk are our mature 6x6 bull elk for next season. We only allow our hunters to harvest mature 6x6 bull elk. If you prefer a small bull, please don't book with us. This management works for us and our clients. It doesn't do us or you any good taking home a bull that you are not going to be proud of. We strictly manage for mature 6 point bulls only in our licensed outfitting areas and pass on all bulls smaller than 6 points. This produces more 6 point bulls for the limited clients we take. If for any reason you don't harvest a mature 6 point bull on your hunt with us, we will discount a return trip for you to do so. A fair chase 6 point Idaho bull elk is one of the most sought after trophies a hunter can harvest. It is our priority for you to harvest one.

YOUTH - SENIOR - MILITARY & VETERAN - DISCOUNTS

Castle Creek also offers Special Discounts for Youth, Senior citizens, Veterans and Disabled Hunters on our elk hunts. Contact us for Discount information on these Special hunts.

REMEMBER:
1. We know how to harvest mature bull elk (37 years plus)
2. We manage our areas for only mature 6 point bull elk (most outfitters don't)
3. We pass on all bulls smaller than 6 points (most outfitters don't)
4. We limit the number of hunters we take each season (most outfitters don't)
5. We don't meat hunt our areas (most outfitters do)
6. We only harvest 6 point bulls in the areas we hunt (most outfitters don't)
7. The 5 point bull elk passed on this season is your 6 point bull elk next season
8. Most of our horses are raised by us and will take care of you in our steep country
9. Discounted return hunts if needed (most outfitters don't)
10. It is our only job to make your hunt with us a memorable and successful Idaho elk hunting trip
